Land Developers
Land Developers who work with UTEK have the advantage of managing their projects using the unique UTEK Land Development Process (LDP). This process helps minimize project delays by efficiently gaining project approval from the myriad of involved government agencies.
A Powerful, Time Saving, User- Friendly Information System!
The Land Development Process (LDP) is also a well-developed map that identifies all of the plans, permits, applications and information required to obtain approval of a Land Development Project. An interactive, on-line status of the project is available for clients to use and to view.
LDP® How It Works
Each client is assigned a personal login ID and password to access their project and begin viewing the project status. The project is updated weekly from our Secure MS Sharepointe®
The program offers task specific and overall project completion status, as well as comments on progress and/or concerns from the Project Engineer. The client will have the ability to add comments or ask questions on specific tasks within the LDP and receive a response by e-mail or phone. The full status of the project, including any concerns, will be available from your web browser. A client can be anywhere in the world and view project progress.
